- Will welcome all visitors, record their particulars and take them to appropriate persons.
- If concerned person is not available, the visitor is to be offered Tea/Biscuit and shown Videos on UCASM.
- Answers phone calls courteously.
- Must Respond to customer inquiries and Guides them and issues guest ID cards.
- Must record all Incoming and Outgoing goods in Register and dispatch to the concerned person.
- All Incoming and Outgoing Mails are to be recorded and dispatched to concerned persons.
- Safety of the office is to be ensured by preventing unauthorized entry and exit.
- All furniture and display items at the Reception Area must be kept clean by the office assistant.
- All Albums and News Papers at the Reception must be kept up to date and clean.
- Any other duty imposed upon by the Authority.
